My Favorite Egg Roll Recipe












What you will need:
  • Egg Roll Wrappers
  • Meat of choice (mine is my favorite Pork Sausage) 
  • Cabbage & Carrots shredded 
  • Oil for cooking 
  • Water (small container to dip your finger into to seal the edges of your Egg Rolls)
  • Table Spoon
  • Paper Towels to drain excess oil
  •  Soy Sauce
  1. Brown your meat & cook your cabbage mixture until tender, drain excess oil.
  2.  Time to roll your Egg Rolls. Using your Egg Roll Wrappers & your meat & Cabbage mixture. Spoon a few Table Spoons in the center of your Egg Roll Wrapper for the filling. Spoon in a few Table Spoons of the mixture but leaving plenty of room on the sides to roll into your Egg Roll. Using your Water trace around the outside edge all the way around to make sure your Egg Roll Wrapper edges seal well. I do this a few times dipping my fingers in the water as I go. Now you can roll up your edges from the sides first then the other direction to make a nice Egg Roll. I use more water to seal the end just to make sure it wont come lose when I cook it. I lay them on a glass surface while I make them all then I cook them. (Use a glass plate or I use my glass cutting board it works well for this)
  3. Using the pan of choice add enough oil to fry them in. I brown them on all sides then drain them on paper towels.   
  4. Serve with Soy Sauce & enjoy 
These are a favorite in my house I hope you like them.
